hmm, ziet er qua nieuwe series beter uit dan het vorige seizoen. Ik heb er een paar tussen zien staan waarvan ik de pilot wel wil zien

Verder zitten hier toch aardig wat series tussen die mijn aandacht trekken. Ben erg benieuwd naar Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., ook al ben ik alles behalve een Marvel fan.

Denk dat ik dit ongeveer ga volgen of iig een kans ga geven:

• Almost Human (robots van J.J. Abrams met dikke visuele knipoog naar Fringe... eej)
• The Tomorrow People
• Intelligence (met een soort Jason Bourne maar dan gespeeld door Josh Holloway?)
• Believe (twijfel.. maar J.J. Abrams en Alfonso Caron == toch even proberen )
• Penny Dreadful (geen idee, maar horror == kans geven)
• The Dark Tower (zal wel weer een typisch Stephen King-drama worden, maar toch proberen)
• Helix (zal wel niets worden omdat het op Syfy is, maar Alphas is gecancelled voor dit project)
• The 100 (Lost meets After Earth meets Resident Evil? Kan potentie hebben ondanks de emoboys en glittergirls)

Best flink wat pogingen voor de fans van scifi (die zich niet in de ruimte afspeelt) Nu nog hopen dat er een bij zit die Fringe of Lost-achtige potentie heeft.

De beste zender voor nieuwe series is NBC op dit moment. Die hebben zulke lage kijkcijfers afgelopen jaren dat je het heeeeeel erg beroerd moet doen wil je voortijdig van de buis verdwijnen . Meestal kan je nog wel seizoen 1 afmaken

Het komt doordat in de tweakers layout de post ruimte zo smal is. In mijn eigen css heb ik die breder waardoor de naam Discovery channel op één regel staat. In de tweakers css is het 2 regels en dan gaat het fout.

nee toch? Althans niet dat het me heel veel opviel en camp bijvoorbeeld vind ik wel tof. Maar ik wil geen tiener vampier series hebben.

ok, syfy is niet helemaal je van het,maar ik vind het wel heel tof dat ze nu eens wat echte syfy weer gaan uitzenden. Beter iets dan niets zeg maar en wie weet... kan altijd positiever uitpakken dan we denken.

Ik zie dat er een spin-off van Vampire Diaries tussen zit... is het origineel wat of niet? Vond bijv. True Blood S1 wel leuk maar daarna is die hele serie veel te ver doorgedraaid en complete bagger geworden.

Vampire Diaries is leuk. Er wordt behoorlijk goed in geacteerd. Het is in ieder geval een heel stuk beter dan Twilight ooit geweest is. The Originals ben ik ook heel benieuwd naar.

True Blood is inderdaad een beetje aan het doordraaien. Ze zijn voor mijn gevoel de verhaallijnen nu aan het opschonen om hopelijk weer de goede richting op te gaan.

Childhood's End als serie. Ik vind het al knap dat je drie films kam maken van The Hobbit. Een hele serie van een boek van hooguit 200 pagina's. Ik huiver wat men er allemaal bij gaat verzinnen....

Oh vet, nieuwe miniserie. Ik ben echt gek op mini series. Lekker een uur of 3 en dan een einde. En vaak zijn het leuke verhalen.

Gisteren hadden mijn schoonouders van in de 70 het ook al over SyFy channel, ze vroegen of ze dat ook hadden omdat ze er kennelijk steeds reclames voor zien. Die zender timmert wel flink aan de weg momenteel. Bizar, een jaar of wat terug was het echt niks meer en was er helemaal geen SF meer te zien op die zender, maar dat wordt even goedgemaakt nu. Nu alleen nog History HD dat weer wat meer naar de oorsprong teruggaat en dan een nieuwe zender voor al die leuke reality meuk.

en ik lees net in het netflix topic dat er geruchten zijn dat bij UPC of KPN of Ziggo een gratis Netflix abonnement komt, dat zou ook mooi nieuws zijn (als het bij de provider komt waar je al bijzit).

Ik heb er nog niet veel over gelezen van wat nu precies de bedoeling is van deze serie, maar volgens mij (don't shoot me if I'm wrong) gaan de verhalen van Vampire Diaries en The Originals raakvlakken met elkaar hebben en/of stukken verhaal door elkaar lopen. Het lijkt me namelijk sterk dat we ineens in Vampire Diaries totaal niets meer van de original vampires te zien krijgen. Het kan vrij riskant zijn om 2 series zo afhankelijk van elkaar te maken, maar anderzijds lijkt het me wel erg leuk.

Ik had al een lijstje opgesteld van nieuwe series die ik wilde gaan kijken, maar als ik door de openingspost van dit topic blader gaan er nog wel wat series aan mijn lijstje toegevoegd worden. Daar gaat mijn vrije tijd weer....

Goed punt, echter na een snelle zoektocht via Google lijkt het er op dat zowel Ringworld als Childhoods End, miniseries gaan worden van 4 afleveringen

Ik denk het wel. The Originals zijn best interessant. Volgens de Wiki zal Caroline in aflevering 4 van The Originals te zijn en dat zal natuurlijk alles met Klaus te maken hebben.
En Nina Dobrev zal denk ik ook nog wel eens voorbij komen als Katherine. Degene waar ik eigenlijk het meest naar uitkijk is Elijah (Daniel Gillies) die vond ik in The Vampire Diaries ook altijd erg goed. Genoeg dingen om naar uit te kijken dus.

P.S. ben allang geen tiener meer, en zal daarom zeker niet tot de doelgroep behoren, maar dit soort series blijven nog altijd mijn aandacht trekken.
