Tesla service verzoek aangemaakt.
Hello,
just checked the car, and it's offline since over 16 days, by so now out of range and unresponsive.
Since out of range is not covered from our warranty, you need to contact your insurance and ask them to come with a fully charged 12v booster (no battery charger, no cables connected to other car) . Once they will have boosted the 12v battery for at least 20/30 mins, hopefully the system will be fully back and further be taken to a charging location (also the one of your house if sure its working can be used to "test" it).
I will leave case open, please call us after the boost if still not able to charge, before tow leaves , so we can check the 12v values and have updated details (car should be back online as well).
Please, feel free to contact us for anything else you may require, as we are at your disposal.
Many thanks and best regards,

the battery was full 16 days ago
since there is a daily consumption that is minimum 3%-5% daily and may rise up to 10%, after 16 days the 80% of charge ir more than gone, this is why car will never respond unless you check and follow previous message indications.
the car never charged, if you checked the app you should have seen that it started to show alerts about issue on charging since 26.04, so never charged.
Also now, it can be plugged, but i dont believe there is current passing by. since if car is offline car be charged ... i dont think you have a green light on the charging port as should be while charging, or is it?
As i said, car now is offline since 16 days, we cant have any updated information because out of range , once insurance will come to boost the 12v battery then you wil be able to charge and us to see if there has been any damages caused by the out of range.
Please, feel free to contact us for anything else you may require, as we are at your disposal.
Many thanks and best regards,

Hello,
sir, as explained also in the manual, the "range" is actually the total power the car has. this power, when car is stop, it's what keeps the can online, able to be open/closed if you need, charge the car, sentry mode , and many other features that consume the energy (or range if you prefer). Also, daily consumption may vary upon temperature , place where car is parked, and many more factors, also recalling the car from the app just to check might drop even more the range, since each time it will exchange data (from the car to your phone).
When car is not moving, all this is handled by the 12v battery , exchanging and constantly checking all is going well. the electrical system that never stops interacting between the 12 batteries.
As per manual suggestion, car must always be left on charge, especially if leaving for over a week in example.
if you check weel the history, during all 26/27/28 it showed alerts about issues on charging so it was constantly sending errors alerts , about charge.
the last message we got was on the 29.04 around 1.50 am, showing a fault on the main electrical system and since that nothing anymore.
Unfortunately not being able to see what happened, we cant send any assitance, but you can take the car to the service and, if they will confirm issue is still covered by BAT / DU warranties, we can refund y9ou for the costs incurred .
Please, feel free to contact us for anything else you may require, as we are at your disposal.
Many thanks and best regards,
