Heb je deze melding nog een keer gehad? Ik ben zelf nu op vakantie en zag dat de Solarflow 2400 AC+ in storing stond met deze code.
Er stond een firmware upgrade klaar naar 2.0.0 dus die heb ik uitgevoerd. De melding is nu weg, voor alle zekerheid heb ik de batterij in stand by gezet.
Vrij algemene reactie ontvangen van Zendure support. Dat valt dan toch tegen. Ik had wat meer duiding verwacht. Thuis maar eens goed nakijken maar mijn config is weinig spannend. Twee extra batterijen en verder niks.
Open the Zendure App and check the specific error message on the device in order to identify the detailed meaning of the fault code.
Follow the troubleshooting instructions shown in the App related to the error.
Restart the device:
Press and hold the power button for 6 seconds until the indicator light turns off to shut down the device.
Wait at least 30 minutes, then restart the device.
Check device connections:
Ensure there are no loose connections or corrosion between the device and the battery.
If multiple batteries are used, test each battery one by one to determine whether a single battery is causing the issue.
Remove all peripheral connections (such as solar panels) and connect only the power adapter to the device to check whether the same fault code still appears.
Ensure the firmware is up to date. For updates, please always update the APP first before updating other firmware.
Carefully check the connections of the battery, solar panels, and grid to ensure there are no short circuits, over-voltage, or over-current issues.
