I see that my warranty is activated. I did send proof of purchase with the first registration. What is the status now ? Is there a difference between warranty, as stated, and full warranty ?

Hello, your current status is activated. Regarding warranty matters, please refer to the following text:
1. Upon receiving the product, you may register it on the MARSTEK official website to activate the warranty period. (If customers log in via the EMS system, the warranty period is also automatically activated.) The warranty period shall be as stated in the instruction manual.
2. For any quality or usage issues, contact support@marstekenergy.com or reach out to the technical support team via the user feedback feature within the app.
3. Quality issues confirmed by the after-sales team qualify for complimentary replacement. MARSTEK shall cover all return shipping costs.
