It's very hard to analyze the numbers with so few data points. With the interruption, pretty much everyone switched tires instead of doing a very long run with a single compound.
What I would say is that you should just take a look at the data points instead of the median (or average for the analyses done by other guys). Take Max for example. His numbers, especially for the stint with the yellow-striped tires, are not especially representative of ... anything.
I would take Bottas' stint as an impressive one though. Yes, he may have been among the "slowest" according to the median, but he did a long stint of 8 laps, and the times were quite consistent.
Alex Albon looked pretty good today. I think that his season with the Red Bull team has been just "good", not as impressive as the pundits have said. Having said that, the pace he showed in FP2 is pretty good. Credit where credit is due.
