We have received RMA xxx00024, requesting to return your OnePlus 5, Dash Type-C Cable (150cm), OnePlus Bullets V2 Earphone (Black), OnePlus 5 Karbon Protective Case and OnePlus 5 3D Tempered Glass Screen Protector (Black).
I understand that you're not satisfied with the device and we respect your decision. As we checked the order details, the parcel was delivered on Jun 22, 2017, with that, you're still eligible for our 15 days return policy.
Please note, all returned product(s) will be fully inspected. To qualify for a refund, the product(s) must be in 'like new' condition and, if possible, with the original sealed packaging intact. Thank you for the response. I appreciate the photos you have provided. From what I've checked, you are returning the device since it has a Jelly effect. With regards to this, the OnePlus 5 uses the same level of high-quality components as all OnePlus devices, including the AMOLED display. We've received feedback from a small number of users saying that at times they notice a subtle visual effect when scrolling. This is natural and there's no variance in screens between devices. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

As stated in my return notification, I would like to fully return the ordered items. I do not seek replacement or any solution other than these purchased items to be cancelled.

I have cancelled your RMA# xxx00002 since the image for unopened OnePlus Bullets V2 Earphone (Black) seems to be missing on the PDF of images you have provided. We can recreate a new RMA in your behalf once we received the images.

Hello Sydney,
I have informed my credit card company and PayPal about this support ticket. If needed I will apply for a full refund through them. I will not hesitate to continue this process if needed.
Why? Because "the image for unopened OnePlus Bullets V2 Earphone (Black)" can be found in the attached PDF, on page 2 (on the right, the sealed black box) and page 3.
Also, I would like to point out OnePlus is bound to EU regulations regarding consumer rights in the EU. Therefore I once more request fulfillment of my request to honor my rights to apply the cooling off period without further delay or frustration.
Also, I would like to point out that consumers within the EU can not be limited or restricted applying this right, also that a full refund is mandatory. Further damages of the returned goods have to be billed to the customer and reimbursed separately from the refund.
(Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, amending Council Directive 93/13/EEC and Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Council Directive 85/577/EEC and Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council Text with EEA relevance).
