Hi all,
I’ve been working on the Odido T75 / Zyxel EX7501-B0 and have now published the results:
Zyxel-T75-Debrand
https://github.com/marcus905/Zyxel-T75-Debrand
This is not an OpenWrt port. The goal is to convert the Odido ACDA firmware family to Zyxel’s generic ACHN firmware while preserving the device-specific identity and credentials.
The Odido T75 to generic Zyxel V5.18(ACHN.2.1)C0 path has been tested on real hardware. The converted router successfully survived:
- the initial conversion boot;
- a normal second reboot;
- a factory reset from the generic Zyxel firmware;
- another clean boot after the reset;
- Wi-Fi and the generic Zyxel web interface.
The repository includes the converter, source-pack tooling, anonymized loader templates, recovery documentation, flash/UBI layout notes, and the method I used to obtain the required root SSH shell on stock Odido firmware.
The tooling is GPL-2.0-or-later. Full vendor firmware, device backups and user-specific credentials are deliberately not included.
Reverse generic to Odido conversion is implemented conceptually but not yet hardware-validated, so I’m deliberately not claiming that direction as tested.
I’d be particularly interested if anyone else here has a spare T75 and wants to compare firmware revisions or test this on another unit.
