Ik denk dat oververhitting eerder de oorzaak is, ik zie hem nog wel in de client list van m'n netwerk.

Verder liever ethernet, vooral vanuit m'n professionele overtuiging dat vaste apparaten een vaste internetaansluiting verdienen..
Accesspoint staat al naast de warmtepomp, maar meer als switch om m'n Shelly Pro 3, omvormer en warmtepomp van LAN te voorzien ;)
Ik bedenk me net dat ik nog ergens een core heb liggen voor een ander project, die zal ik even uitgraven. Dan hoef ik alleen nog maar de modules te bestellen, ik voel een knutselproject aankomen. :P

@Blackraven Dat was ik vroeger ook, maar tegenwoordig wifi all the way voor de eind punten. de AP zitten wel gewoon via ethernet. Dus lokale mini lan's zijn perfect.

Maar idd, even knutselen, zou moeten werken allemaal. Je kan in esphome de cpu temp monitoren, moet je maar afkijken hoe ik dat gedaan heb. Dan kan je wel oververhitting zien.

@xoror Had ik al naar gekeken, maar dit is een ESP12E (of F ?), daar zit de interne temp. monitoring helaas niet in.
Deze valt onder de 8266 familie helaas.

Is er misschien iemand die mij op afstand (teams, teamviewer ?) kan helpen met het maken van zo’n mooi dashboard in HA? Ik ben nog niet zo handig in HA en ondanks alle gebruiksaanwijzingen lukt het me nog niet.

Ik heb de Asgard besteld en had eigenlijk gehoopt dat ik ervoor kon zorgen dat mijn warmtepomp enige voorkeer geeft voor de uren mét opbrengst zonnepanelen (en wat bescherming tegen pendelen).

Odin klinkt heel mooi maar is dan weer extra hardware & complexiteit...
Kan ik zonder Odin ook enigzins bereiken dat de zon wat beter gebruikt wordt?

Je kan hem harder/minder hard laten werken. Of uitzetten maar je moet wel iets van automations maken. Je kan dit icm auto adaptive gebruiken

Asgard is dus monitoring, virtuele thermostaten en auto adaptive. Ik heb bij het bestellen uitdrukkelijk vermeld dat odin een apart product is. Maar mocht je niet tevreden zijn over Asgard, dan mag je gewoon binnen 2 weken retour sturen uiteraard.

Alternatief is smart grid. Je kan de 2 relay van Asgard generiek gebruiken voor smart grid. Alleen verlies je de virtuele thermostaat functionaliteit.

Ik heb standaard nu een switch toegevoegd waarmee je handmatig een reguliere dhw kan starten ipv boost. Je kan dan in Odin nu aangeven of je Boost dhw wenst of regulier. Deze switch komt ook naar de non-Asgard boarden.

Verder kan je in de stand alone mode nu ook server control bedienen.

En nog een mededeling: De 2m introductie kabels zijn vergeven, vanaf nu krijg je een 50cm kabel bij de bundel. De 2m kabel komt later terug als optie tegen meerprijs.

Kan niet wachten, aangezien ik nog op een oude ESP draai wordt het dan een combideal met een Asgard. Mss een mooie packagedeal ;-)

Ik heb de Asgard nu een aantal weken draaien in de auto adaptive mode en die draait echt een heel stuk zuiniger dan de standaard ruimte regeling van de Ecodan met mcd zelf.
Ook de virtuele thermostaat werk veel beter 0,1 graad resolutie is echt veel beter dan die 0,5 graad van de mcd ( ook maar instelbaar per graad).
Hij regelt veel rustiger, zonder al die uitschieters.
Twee DS1820's voor de feed en retour temperatuur zijn dan wel echt noodzakelijk.

Ik heb de klok zo ingesteld dat hij alleen overdag verwarmt (indien nodig), zodat er de grootste kans is op PV van de zon.

Voor smart grid heb je een buffervat nodig om in tijden van veel zon energie dat buffervat te verwarmen en dat heeft niet iedereen.

Hey de asgard vandaag binnen gekregen, en net als @Bouwertje wat problemen om de yaml in te laden, heb net de HA geinstalleerd, en het lijkt dat de formatting net anders moet zijn?
@FrensDJ @Bouwertje Je moet wat hij neerzet weg halen en mijn dashboard.yaml overheen zetten, zie filmpje, dat kan niet fout gaan denk ik zo.

@Ben(V) Mooi dat het bevalt!

@HeJ Er komt wel iets, maar uitgangspunt is dat de huidige kopers niet worden achtergesteld.

Is het mogelijk dit filmpje / instructie aan de startpost toe te voegen.
Het dashboard.yaml bestand heb ik met een file editor wel tussen de andere .yaml bestanden staan, maar het dashboard wordt niet afgebeeld. Zal wel aan mijn onhandigheid liggen 8)7

Update:
Vreemd genoeg kreeg ik niet de opties zoals in het filmpje. Wel gelukt via:
- Instellingen
- Dashboards
- Dashboard toevoegen
- Leeg nieuw dasboard
- Naam geven en evt verdere info
- Nieuw dashboard verschijnt in de linker kolom
- Dashboard selecteren
- Vanaf hier verder met de 3 stipjes rechts boven zoals in het filmpje van @xoror

Ik heb cooling toegevoegd aan Odin. Hij kan nu koelen om je kamer temp binnen de bandbreedte te houden of een solar only mode waarin hij alleen koelt als er voldoende gratis PV is.

@xoror schakel je automatisch tussen verwarmen en koelen aangezien je normaal in de ecodan met de hand moet om zetten
@FrensDJ voorlopig even zelf kiezen nog. Dat is voorlopig 1x per seizoen even van cool flow naar heat flow.
Moet nog even kijken onder welke condities je het automatisch wil schakelen

Dit kan je gewoon in de ESP omzetten

Ik heb een Ecodan warmtepomp welke ik al een jaar met plezier gebruik met de esp32. Nu is recent de buitenunit afgekoppeld ivm verbouwing. Momenteel gebruiken we dus enkel DHW via het boosterelement (warmtepomp in noodmodus). Na het aanpassen lijkt de esp niet meer vaak te refreshen, waardoor een aanpassing van temperatuur door HA, vaak tot 2 uur kan duren voor deze geupdate wordt op de esp en dus de warmtepomp. Hij doet wel onmiddelijk updaten als ik de esp via de webinterface powercycle. Enig idee waar dit aan kan liggen?

Haha, dat lijkt er meer op!. Met de UART logging aan reageert de ESP wel direct op aanpassingen in HA. De logging weer uitgezet, en blijft nog steeds snel reageren. Togglen hiervan lijkt het probleem verholpen te hebben, thx!.

Voor wat het waard is, hier toch het stuk log.

hmmmm ik zou niet weten waarom het zou oplossen. Ik zou maar een wat recentere versie installeren. Er was een esphome versie waarvan de communicatie stuk was, mogelijk draai je die.

Vanochtend toch weer problemen met de communicatie. de Atom S3 zojuist aan de laptop gehangen met usb, maar deze lijkt hier ook niet lekker te verbinden. De verbinding valt steeds weg, ook met een andere kabel of laptop. Verbinden via de webinterface lukt helaas ook niet meer

Uiteindelijk een nieuwe atom s3 geflashed met de nieuwste firmware. Nu lijkt alles weer goed te werken. Lijkt er op dat de atom niet meer goed functioneerde.
Dan zit hij in bootloop, factory flashen is meestal beste.

Je kan de atom in boot mode starten door dat zij knopje ingedrukt te houden, dan moet je wel kunnen flashen.

Ik heb nu sinds (ik denk) vorige week vrijdag dat de asgard vaak niet online is. Niet benaderbaar via het webadres en ook niet via ip nummer. Een paar minuten later weer wel.
De grafieken laten ook hooguit een paar minuten zien, alsof de asgard zich om de zoveel tijd uitschakelt.
Is dit een bekend fenomeen?

Sinds deze week in koelbedrijf, herkent iemand dat de pendeldetectie dat niet leuk vind? Eerder deze week greep die constant in. Gisteren uit gezet en nu draait de wp in koelbedrijf zonder stops.
@trippelb Even uit (pendel bescherming) zetten, moet nog even bekijken voor koelen.

Ondanks dat de pendeldetectie uit staat grijpt hij toch in ,de pendel is overigens terecht gedetecteerd. Is er een verklaring hoe het kan dat de esp toch ingrijpt, auto adaptive staat ook uit, de esp zou dan toch alleen moeten monitoren?

Ook zet de server control dan prohibit cooling aan, zoals gezegd staat auto adaptive uit. Ik zet voor de zekerheid de thermostaat ook terug naar kamer thermostaat ipv rest api.

Ik snap dat ie aan het pendelen is, en begrijp ook dat ik aan het minimale vermogen van m’n warmtepomp zit. Echter als alle binary switches van de esp uit staan dan zou de esp niet in mogen grijpen lijkt mij? En toch doet ie dat?
Lockout is een feature wanneer hij pendel ziet. Die stel je in met de lockout duration. 0 = uit, dat is ook de default.

Heb ik gelezen, pendeldetectie staat uit en auto adaptive staat uit. Lockout wordt overigens op de gehele pagina niet genoemd.

Begrijp ik je goed dat zelfs als pendeldetectie uit staat de lockout duration instelling nog effect heeft?

Ik begrijp hoe een warmtepomp werkt met betrekking tot minimum vermogen en pendelen. Mijn vraag gaat dan ook niet over de werking van een warmtepomp, dan had ik het in het rcodan topic gesteld. Mijn vraag gaat over de werking van de esp.

Vraagje: is er met de asgard ook in te stellen dat de circulatie pomp aan gezet kan worden (1 slave ruimte blijft namelijk altijd koud (is al waterzijdig ingeregeld)), zodat de warmte binnen het huis verdeeld word? De master ruimte (woonkamer) heeft zon instraling en de bijkeuken en berging (de koude ruimtes, slaves) niet.

Draai nu nog met de use room thermostat in target temperature mode. Of moet ik hem dan op auto adaptive zetten en de ecodan virtual thermostat aansluiten?

Ik denk niet dat je heel veel wint door het water rond te pompen. Als je de koude ruimtes warmer wilt moet je eigenlijk een van die de master maken. Dat heb ik hier ook, de woonkamer heeft ook zon instraling en daar is het geregeld warmer dan het setpoint in de koude kamer

Heat target is the ecodan AA. Mijn AA draait in heat flow mode met het vinkje aan. Het is een andere aanpak. Maar ik geloof dat jij Odin wilde, dus moet je alvast gaan spelen met AA en virtual thermostat

Heey heb nu mijn warmtepomp op auto adaptive met asgard gezet en de virtual thermostat aangesloten. nu nog wachten tot de kamer temperatuur naar beneden gaat.

Maar er viel mij wat op en ik weet niet of je het bewust gedaan hebt maar in de asgard-dashboard.yaml staat het blok auto adaptive feedback 2 keer.

@Blackraven Dat was ik vroeger ook, maar tegenwoordig wifi all the way voor de eind punten. de AP zitten wel gewoon via ethernet. Dus lokale mini lan's zijn perfect.

Maar idd, even knutselen, zou moeten werken allemaal. Je kan in esphome de cpu temp monitoren, moet je maar afkijken hoe ik dat gedaan heb. Dan kan je wel oververhitting zien.
Ben begonnen aan het knutselproject, valt nog best tegen om alleen al de Core2 werkend te krijgen. Nu ook het display aan de praat, ten koste van de UART pinnen die ik eerst wilde gebruiken, dus nu moet ik een poort op de base gebruiken.

Ik kan niet meer op de webinterface. Asgard hartje klopt groen maar er is een oranje led bijgekomen die voorheen volgens mij niet brande. Wat kan ik hier aan doen? Mn telefoon heeft ook een update gehad. Zou t dat kunnen zijn? Heb de router en de WP al opnieuw opgestart. Geen verschil

Kloppend groen is goed. Oranje is denk ik demand van een van je relay 1 of 2.

Werkt http://ecodan-heatpump.local/dashboard ? Zo ja dan heeft die een nieuw ip gekregen. Je kan dit voorkomen door in je router een vast ip adres toe te kennen aan Asgard op basis van Mac adres

Als het bovenstaande werkt, voor dan het volgende uit in een dos box:

ping ecodan-heatpump.local

Je krijgt dan het ip adres te zien die hij heeft gekregen.
