There is currently technically an error in the system, causing multiple prime memberships to change status at the moment.
You fall under this category with the system error. The technical team is very busy with this to get this repaired as soon as possible.
Don't worry, you'll definitely get your membership back as it supposed to be like.
I would kindly ask you to be patient for this in the coming period.
Apologies for this inconvenience, I can understand that this is very annoying.
