Omdat één van mijn LinkedIn contacten onderstaand comment heeft geliked, kwam ik onderstaande tekst tegen van een recruiter die eventjes niet meer via LinkedIn contacten kan leggen:
"So it's official, I AM IN LINKEDIN JAIL!!!
Has this ever happened to anyone before? Apparently, if you've connected with too many people and they say "they don't know you" enough times, you aren't allowed to connect with anyone without knowing their email first... FOR 30 DAYS...or more.
First of all, I want to say, what the heck man I want to connect with you because I've viewed your profile and think you're awesome. I like to change between LinkedIn Recruiter and my actual profile because sometimes I want to send a genuine message to someone because like I said, I think you're awesome.
I LIVE ON LINKEDIN, as I feel most recruiters do; I find LinkedIn to be the best source to find REALLY qualified candidates.
So, I am hollering at my fellow recruiters...any suggestions on how to fix it? And while I'm sitting in jail, any suggestions on other good ways to source? I'd love to hear about anyone else's ideas!!
P.S. For any of you who think I 'spray and pray' if you will, Build Staffing doesn't use a system to do that. All of us have been taught to thoroughly look at a profile to qualify candidates. So if I have ever messaged you previously, YOU'RE GREAT.. at least on paper
That being said... PLEASE DAD LET ME OUT OF TIMEOUT AND BACK INTO THE LINKEDIN FUN."
