Het zijn geen standaard kabels. Je heb een kabel nodig met 2x ST PAP-05V-S aan elk kant. Op internet kan je met wat speurwerk wel vinden. Je kan ook zelf de onderdelen kopen en zelf een kabeltje in elkaar zetten dat is het makkelijkst.

Bedoel je hiermee dan gewoon een automation maken die de prohibit aan zet bij het bereiken van de ruimtetemp. en deze met enige differentie terug aanzet?
Hoe gaat de auto adaptation reageren als je dit niet zou doen ?Als in het geval wanneer je zuiver op heatcurve draait zonder ruimtethermostaat.

Vanochtend beetje vreemde start met een boost adjustment die flink de verkeerde kant op ging. In korte tijd werd een boost adjustment van 10.5 berekend!! Met als gevolg een “op hol geslagen” compressor naar max hz en uiteindelijk een defrost. Nu lijkt het ok te gaan maar geen idee waar dit ineens vandaan komt. Waarom zou de boost zo op moeten lopen? Wat gaat hier mis?
Ik heb als profiel UFH staan, defrost mitigation staat uit, smart boost staat aan. Ik heb een virtual thermostaat, dus een wat hogere hysteris. Setpoint is 19 vanochtend en dan gaat die aan als het 19.2 is (afgerond dus 19). Dat is trouwens prima hoor, pruttelt rustig aan totdat de ochtendverhoging naar 19.5 komt (dat is hieronder nog niet het geval trouwens). Ik draai de laatste versie van de ESP, zelf gecompileerd via ESPHome in Docker.

Hij gaat naar min delta T omdat je over setpoint bent. Maar boost omdat je actual flow vs flow setpoint over de 1.5 limiet gaat. Alleen zie ik de short cycle berichten niet die aangeven waarom hij boost. Het is wel apart.

Het probleem was dat ik de adjustment niet meer gebruikte (vanwege gelijk trekken met niet AA).
De boost adjustment herleid ik in AA af door flow setpoint - oude setpoint (ten tijde van boost) te gebruiken.
Alleen is het huidige flow setpoint steeds 0.5c verhoogd, en krijg je soort stapel effect. Ik heb dus voor AA weer de adjustment opgeslagen en die wordt dan ook gebruikt waardoor dit probleem er niet meer hoort te zijn.
Goed om te horen dat het verklaard is. Erg fijn hoe dicht je er bovenop zit
Ik heb opnieuw gecompileerd zal vast goed komen zo.

Lijkt ok te zijn voor de boost. Geen abnormale verhogingen meer gezien.
Ik had vandaag wel na de SWW run dat die wat moeite had om in één keer door te lopen. 2x een stop net na SWW. Dat is het stukje na het roze stuk hieronder om ongeveer 13:30. Het tweede laatste stukje SWW (beetje onzinnig trouwens dat tweede stuk SWW want het was al 50 graden maar goed, zal de tijds eens verlengen) loopt wel in één keer door. Geen idee of dat ook in dit stukje code zit.
Nou moet ik zeggen dat de SWW in normal modus ging dit keer en dan gaat die altijd lekker scherp aan de slag!

> Hij rekent nieuwe flow voor verwarmen uit, die komt uit op 24c. Maar de water temp is nog hoog, enhij had hier in moeten grijpen. Maar omdat de tijd 13:33:10 > 1:32:31 stopt hij.
Dus het is apart dat de temp nog niet gesetteld is 5m na stop. Hou het even in de gaten, en anders moeten we de post dhw window vergroten naar 7 a 10m. Maar bij mij heeft 5m altijd gewerkt. Als ik moet gokken heb je om 13:28:09 een defrost gehad, dat zou het verklaren waarom de 5m window niet voldoende was.
Bij jouw 2e run was het gewoon prima.
Lijkt geen defrost te zijn. Die zijn grijs gekleurd in de grafiek (zit er eentje begin van SWW run). Net na de run ging de modus ook naar off lijkt het. Anyway.
Morgen maar eens kijken. Incidenteel een stop is ook geen issue natuurlijk. Zag het op andere dagen bijvoorbeeld niet.

@nicowinde Dank voor de log. Je heb ws geen predictive cycle prevention aan ? Die kan je het beste wel aan zetten met de volgende params:
- delta T: 1 a 1.5c
- high delta T duration: iets van 3 a 4 mins
Dan had hij de temp even verhoogd om dit op te vangen. De stopt komt ook 15m nadat de defrost klaar is, dan heeft hij geen last meer van de buiten temp. Alleen tussen 17:38 en 18:03 zou je last van buiten temp moeten hebben.
om 18:05 had hij gewoon weer met de goede temp gerekend. Wel is het zo dat hij om 18:01 Ta = 24.9 berekend had. En ws door min vermogen had de WP er 26.5 van gemaakt. Maar ik lijk wat SET flow temp te missen hier en daar.

Hij lijkt alsof het Netatmo setpoint in plaats van current temperature wordt gebruikt.

Dank je voor het uitzoekwerk, predictive cycle prevention stond idd uit, had geen last van pendelen daarom enkele weken geleden maar eens uitgezet. Had niet verwacht dat ook in deze situatie zinvol zou zijn, staat nu dus weer gewoon aan.

@SebastiaanPs hoe is WiFi vergeleken met de atom? Je kan de unit ook buiten de kast plaatsen door de 2m kabel als WiFi bereik issues geeft.

Hier in de stad is er net pas glasvezel aangelegd. Heb nog geen mesh netwerk van mijn nieuwe provider dus WiFi signaal op de 2e verdieping was slecht. De Asgard pakt dit zwakke WiFi signaal stukken beter op dan de Atom. Zie screenshot, vandaag gewisseld van Atom naar Asgard.

Overigens speel ik ook met de gedachten om de 2 relay switches ook inzetbaar te maken voor de smart grid, alleen hebben we maar 2 switches.
Dus het is een of ander, al denk ik dat virtuele thermostaat meer waarde heeft. Misschien configureerbaar oid. Al moet ik zeggen dat de smartgrid features ook niet super impressive zijn

Ook van mijne kant de complimenten voor de professionaliteit @xoror : het bestelproces en de verzending verliep allemaal perfect en alles keurig geleverd met tracking bij mijn ouders. Top service!
Kan het momenteel nog niet installeren, zit nog 'vast' in het buitenland tot einde april maar geen nood, er hangt een Atom in de kast 😄. Anyway de unit staat nu uit omdat er geen nood is aan warm water. Vloerverwarming is nog niet aangesloten en wordt pas in Juni gelegd (stevige verbouwing op komst) en dan zal alles pas goed uitgeregeld en getest kunnen worden.
Tot dan enkel warm water productie....
Ter voorbereiding wel al mijn dashboards aan het maken... Komt langzaam in de goede richting.
Laat maar horen als er iets beters /mooiers of functionele aanpassingen moeten gebeuren 🤗

Enige tip die ik heb is om na bestellen nog een mail te sturen met samenvatting bestelling. Nu kreeg ik vrij snel een verzendbevestiging maar toch.
@trippelb Wat ik hier zelf gezien heb is dat de SWW modus aan het begin van de SWW run leidend is voor de hele run. Maar als er bijvoorbeeld een defrost is tijdens de run dan gaat het vervolg van de run met de op dat moment geldende modus. Dus als je begint in ECO en kort na de start veranderd naar NORMAL dan zal na een defrost tijdens de SWW run de modus NORMAL gebruikt worden. Ook als je uit de tijd loopt en later verder gaat met de run zal de NORMAL opgepakt worden is mijn ervaring.
Ik gebruik dit zelf om de 1e run op een dag in ECO te doen en als er, heel af en toe, nog een run nodig is deze 2e run op NORMAL te doen. Met als gedachte dat die 2e run vaak sneller af moet omdat er meer warm water vraag is op die dag. N=1 natuurlijk maar werkt voor mij.

Heb je verder gezien dat je nu nog maar het volgende hoeft te doen voor AA:
1) via de blueprint (of zelf yaml) temperatuur sensor koppelen aan virtuele thermostaat (via ui, zie @SebastiaanPs , maar wel jammer dat zijn thermostaat de verkeerde temp doorgeeft)
2) bij auto adaptive "virtual thermostat" als source kiezen en je bent klaar
Ik heb het hier nog uitgeschreven.
CNRF kan je met pensioen sturen, sturen via IN1/IN6 is superieur.

De virtuele thermostaat via CNRF is nu met pensioen inderdaad. Dat maakt alles zeker simpeler. De blueprint sync had ik gevonden maar uiteindelijk zelf iets opgezet in een automation. En dan inderdaad de virtual thermostaat as source voor AA. Loopt prima zo!

Wat ik nu doe om te wisselen is een prohibit dhw aan te roepen. En daarna te forceren. Dit doe ik als er tijdens het opwarmen in eco modus toch warm water vraag is en er dus sneller warm water moet zijn.
Dit betekent echter een extra compressor stop, dus zou mooi zijn om dat zonder die tussenstap te doen.
Als onderdeel van de start van die 1e SWW run zet ik de modus naar NORMAL (vertraging van 5min na weghalen SWW prohibit). Dit in combinatie met de drop zorgt er voor dat als er later op de dag ineens veel vraag is (vaak begin van de avond met een bad of zo) er een SWW run start op volle snelheid. Hierdoor is er eigenlijk nooit de situatie dat er niet voldoende warm water is en in de meeste gevallen is de 1e run voldoende dus lekker zuinig. Wellicht bruikbaar?

dus je settings zijn nets te ruim, iets strakker zetten dan grijpt hij wel eerder in. Bij de 2e stop zie je dat hij ingrijpt, maar net te laat.
Dit verschijnsel zie je vaak als de kamer al op temperatuur is, en hij minimaal delta T gaat verwarmen. Dan komt soms onder min vermogen van je wp. Daarvoor is die cycle prevention dus.

For systems with only a MRC (and no other thermostats), you will need to add a stop condition. The heatpump will never stop otherwise. Use server control prohibit to turn off heating when setpoint has been reached.

De auto_adaptive_current_room_temperature_feedback_z1 wordt gebruikt om te weten hoeveel graden het _nu_ is in de kamer. Deze moet je dus bij wijzigingen updaten. Je kan hier een blueprint voor gebruiken om de update te doen of het script.
- Ik begrijp niet waarom ik het set point zou moeten verlagen, ik doe een aanvoer temp (Ta) instellen om de gewenste kamer setpoint te halen
Als je een MRC of wireless thermostaat gebruikt, heb je een overshoot van +1c. stel gewenste temp is 21c, dan stopt de wp pas als het 22c is (dat is helaas tandaard gedrag van de mitsubishi mrc/wireless thermostaten). Wil je dat anders, moet je kijken naar een andere thermostaat of Asgard.
Welke operation mode (of andere instellingen) moet ik gebruiken om wel gedrag te krijgen waar de wp stopt? Die 1 graden overshoot vind ik niet erg.
Verder kan je de heat target temperature gebruiken, dat is de ruimte regeling van Mitsubishi, en die stopt wel vanzelf.

Preview van stand alone mode, met basic controls, voor de mensen die geen HA willen/kunnen gebruiken. Dan draait het out of the box zeg maar. Het is wel veel beperkter dan HA, maar je moet het meer zien als een eenvoudige bediening voor een groter publiek.

Of zou het toch niet beter zijn dat de AA setpoint berekening wat robuuster wordt tegen deze foutieve / onnatuurlijke buitentemp? Mogelijk een filter over de buitentemp?

Dat ziet er inderdaad uit in dit geval dat de buiten temp = 10, ervoor zorgt dat de cold factor 0.09 wordt, en je daarom nog een effective delta T van 2.37 overhoudt.
Later zie je een effective delta T van 3.3c. Dus in dit geval had je er last van. Wel apart dat ik dit zelf nog n ooit gehad heb. Ga ik even over nadenken hoe dit mooi opgelost kan worden. Zal wel iets zijn van buiten temp voor defrost saven, en gebruiken tot en met 5m erna oid

Ja wilde vooral zoveel mogelijk mensen bereiken hiermee. Alle basic besturing en AA zijn in te stellen. Als je meer wil, dan moet je daarna een keer HA installeren.

Laatste tweaks gedaan. Allemaal uitproberen ;-) Je kan als het goed is nu alles instellen wat nodig is voor AA + virtuele thermostaat. De grafieken worden nu in de localstorage opgeslagen en je heb 24h history. Zelf handmatig OTA is mogelijk. Als alles goed draait wordt het de komende dagen gereleased.

Okay, als het goed is ziet HA nu de correcte versie en zou je weer via HA moeten kunnen updaten. Voor de mensen die een van de pre-releases hebben draaien met "VERSION" als firmware, even laatste ota zelf applyen. Let op alleen als je VERSION als huidige/geinstalleerde versie nummer heb, en niet zoals @Grolsch screenshot. Die moet gewoon zo normaal kunnen updaten.
