Hi RhS. Ik ben hier benieuwd naar. Ik overweeg MP aan te schaffen maar stromings geluid wil ik niet. Kun je eens vertellen wat jouw situatie is? Vloerverwarming ivm radiatoren of alleen vloerverwarming hele huis zoals ik? En hoever hebben ze het kunnen terug schroeven qua flow?

Ik zou mij er ggen zorgen over maken bij vlierverwarming.
Bij alleen vloerverwarming is het zaak om vloerverwarmingverdelers te hebben zonder pomp.
Verdelers zonder pomp hebben een grote doorstroming waardoor je vrijwel nooit last van stromingsgeluiden zal hebben.

Meeste stromingen geluiden zijn daar waar er ongekoppeld is en bij de radiatoren die daar het dichtste bij zitten. Dus een waar je inkoppelt speelt mee is mijn inschatting. Kun je daarmee uit de voeten?

Bij ons is de AO vanaf de voorkant van het huis (zie foto die ik eerder heb gepost) in de kruipruimte op 22 mm aangesloten, dus aan de voorkant van de woonkamer. Gaat van daaruit naar 53m2 vloerverwarming en drie radiatoren op de begane grond. Aan die kant horen we ruis van het stromende water, wij vinden dat niet storend (het went), maar dat is persoonlijk.

Underfloor heating delivers around 80-100 watts per m2 with a supply temperature of 35 degrees, so your 60m2 of underfloor heating delivers around 6000 watts thermal in optimum state if the flow through the floor is sufficient. If the underfloor isn't isolated and is ventilated, you'll bleed off some of the heating provided into the crawlspace. So it's hard to tell from behind a laptop .
You seem to be running at the normal max power (1.6 - 1.8 kWh consumption) continuously, producing between 4.5 and 5 kW's of heat output.. That might be on the low side for what your house needs or not, but it's basically the normal maximum the PompAO can supply. If half of that heat goes to the radiators in the other rooms, there's only 2.5 kWs max left for heating the living.
Also don't forget; the higher temperature you're running, the lower the CoP and thus the thermal power provided by the pump (it will produce more heat on lower supply temperature, but if that heat can be delivered into your house is up to the heating systems - radiators and underfloor heating).

I talked to the company that installed the underfloor heating and the guy told me that he has to basically bypass the pump on the underfloor heating manifold, as the mixing of the hot water and cold water is basically not needed for underfloor with an all electric heat pump. Does that sound correct ?

@Henk Vriesma Stromingsgeluid ontstaat bij vernauwing in je leidingsysteem (koppelingen, haakse hoeken, braampjes). Ik heb de PompAO in december 2022 aangeschaft, waarbij ik in eerste instantie op een leidingsysteem draaide dat op 28mm koper begon en na enkele meters in (2x) 22 mm splitste. Bij vol vermogen en max flow (toen 18-20 liter per minuut) hoorde je alles stromen. Inmiddels heb ik deels vloerverwarming en deels LTV-convectoren en is de hoofdleiding 32mm kunststof (dat was hier redelijk eenvoudig te realiseren). Ik hoor nu niets meer, zelfs op de plekken waar knietjes i.p.v. bochten zijn gebruikt, bij een flow van 25 liter per minuut.

@theoneice Yes, that does sound correct in an all electric system; the pump inside your PompAO is powerful enough to supply the entire circuit and the supplied water temperature should be low enough that there's no need for mixing: it's how my system runs at home. Note; some manifolds with pump can be tweaked so there's essentially no mixing of return water and the manifold basically acts as if there's no pump (can't tell from the photo's). Removing the pump and mixing valve from a high temperature manifold so it becomes a low temperature manifold is common enough; I don't know if the manifold you show can be tweaked that way, but the idea is that there is less resistance/obstruction into the underfloor circuit, hence more flow. Before you commit to this; know that this will limit the maximum supply temperature of the water as there will be no thermal protection: if you decide to make 60 degrees water with the PompAO it will go straight into the floor.

Hoe kunnen ze op afstand draadjes verwisselen?

Door netjes een foto te sturen welke draden je moet wisselen.....waarna je zelf een schroevendraaier pakt en de draden wisselt.
Software doen ze op afstand........

Is er iemand die de PompAO of de Pomp-t aanstuurt en/of uitleest met Homey? Had even gezocht het topic en kon niks vinden (ook niet op het hele forum). Overweeg een Homey Pro 2026 aan te schaffen.
