Dear @Krypton
Thanks for the beautiful Christmas present that the OS2.1 brings us.
Nevertheless I want to bring this odd behavior to your attention.
Vehicle: Zeekr 7x
Vehicle type: Privilege
Country: NL
Software: Zeekr OS 2.1
Steps to reproduce
• Open the quick settings of the car
• At the top you see the various modes with at the right a pencil and a button Individual
• When clicking the various modes you cannot see which underlying settings are changed, you can only see the drive height changing when clicking through the modes
• As every mode shows the pencil at the right, I select mode ECO and click the pencil.
• Now I do see all the individual settings for this mode which I can change as I see a button Save and Use at the bottom that led me to thinking that you can change this ECO mode to your preference so I made some changes.
• After pressing save and use, I end up at the page for the Individual mode which is confusing, as I was in the ECO mode page.
• Whatever mode I now select, e.g. Sport, pressing the pencil again will show me the same settings again as the last time when I customized ECO. Every mode shows the same settings now which is confusing.
• When driving however, pressing the mode button and switching to Sport it looks like the original Sport settings are restored as I also customized the Sport mode at the same way as I changed ECO mode. On the Sport page I clicked the pencil, changed the driving Mode to comfort and pressed save. But while driving and switching to Sport I could feel that the performance of the car was stil set to Max. This led me to concluding that it looks like you can customize the existing modes while you cannot……
• The behavior of these modes is weird. Working with it for some time, it now looks like if when clicking the pencil, you customize the settings for the Individual mode, not for the mode you're in.
What I expected
• I expected that when clicking on any mode in the Quick Settings page, I could see ALL the individual settings that make up this mode (drive train power, suspension stiffness, steering wheel resistance) on the same page while not seeing any pencil and therefore not giving the user the impression you can 'customize it'.
Instead a pencil should only show up when selecting the individual mode! Then people don't get confused as they are now because it looks like you can customize each mode.
