Water from the River Styx makes one forget. And it is water from the Styx that this spell summons in the form of razor sharp splinters of ice crystal as found on the fifth layer of Baator, Stygia. The splinters rain down in the target area with tremendous force, dealing 8d8 damage to all creatures in the area (no save). Further more, those hit must make a saving throw versus spell with a -2 penalty or forget all things which have passed resently and be totally confused, in other words, the creature is affected as by a confusion spell as cast by a 7th level wizard.
The material components of the spell are a pinch of dust and a small glass tube with actual Styx water.
