I have in no way asked for a windows 7 upgrade as that isn't necessary since the laptop came with windows 7 pre-installed.
I'll try to translate my message as good as I can and hope it will be understood this time:
I have rejected the EULA from Microsoft (Windows 7 & Works), therefore I would like to call upon Dell's own policies which state that I can reject the license of software provided by 3rd parties and am eligible for a refund.
Therefore I would like to request a refund for Windows 7 and Works as I will not be using them since I rejected the license terms.
