Voor mensen met last van de 538 haperingen, ik had het even gemeld bij sonos, dit als reactie terug gekregen. Morgen maar is even toevoegen. Ik had al wel 538 opnieuw in de favo's gezet, hij start nu veel sneller de stream als je op play klikt. Wordt dus toch aan gewerkt! Dat is fijn, ik had het idee dat de R&D afdeling een jaar sabbatical heeft!

I have reviewed your diagnostic and it matches with an issue we are investigating. By coincidence, Radio 538 is in the same building that our support center is. As a result we were away a few days ago of problems with their streaming. Their administrator has acknowledged that they are upgrading systems.
I fully expect issues with 538 to resolve themselves but do not know how long that will take. In the event that the problem does not get better, I would like to suggest some steps we can take now, to help out future troubleshooting.
First, Radio 538 is no doubt in your "My Radio Stations" or "Sonos Favorites". Remove the link, search for the station again, and add it back to your Favorites.
Next, these two links will ask your Sonos system to record more diagnostic information than normal, for events related to radio. Please click each link, or copy/paste them into a web browser and execute them.

After applying those two links, I would like you to submit another diagnostic. To send a diagnostic from a Sonos controller on a computer, select Help --> Submit Diagnostics from the menu. On a handheld device with the controller app, select Settings --> Advanced Settings --> Submit Diagnostics. Then reply to this email with the confirmation number.
In that reply, include your UK postcode, your Internet Service Provider, and your home's Public IP address. You can find that last one by visiting
