Before I go in further details I must add I have some extra HDD's installed, but are not worth mentioning because they are only used for storage.
For this you can choose any HDD you that is compatible with this motherboard.
OS X Installation Guide
-Step 1) Create a bootable USB drive from your Mac App Store purchased copy of the "Install OS X Mountain Lion.app" by using "UniBeast - Mountain Lion".
-Step 2) Once Unibeast has finished creating your bootable USB drive, place all the modified and extra kexts in the SLE directory
and suitable smbios and chameleon.boot files in the Extra directory. ( reason for this step is that My System would right Royaly spit the dummy if done otherwise)
-Step 3) Boot your system from Unibeast, and install Mountain Lion, make sure you're installing to a partition/drive that's using "GUID Partition Table/GPT", not "Master Boot Record/MBR".
-Step 4) Once your installation is finished, reboot. Once the system loads, fill out the setup wizard accordingly, and Reboot.
-That's it
MultiBeast settings
Unfortunatly I forgot what specific options I used. However if I am not mistaken these options can be found on this forum.
I can provide you with the org.chameleon.Boot.plist content:
Getting the graficscard to work properly
That is very easy. Install the attached kext file with KextBeast. ( Major thnx to danip for his awsome post )
After you installed the kext you are not done yet.
Go to Finder > Extra and open org.chameleon.Boot.plist
Edit or add the following lines:
After a reboot your Hackintosh should reboot normaly and dual screen should work properly when only DVI-connections are used!
Since Mac OS X Mountain Lion the compatibility is majorly been improved, but still I would advice everyone to look for hardware compatibility on this forum, or just click here.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Cheers all !
