Ik heb even rondgekeken op het Allaboutsymbian forum en ik heb het gevonden!

En de uitleg erbij:
Ok, here are the pictures!!
Remember, doing this could VOID YOUR WARRANTY!!
Do it at your own risk!!!!!! And be carefull!!
First you need a torx-screwdriver size T-6.
Unscrew the 4 screws on pic.3.
Use your fingernails to loosen the front, pic.4 and 5.,
do this on both sides of the front.
Gently push the front up to loosen in completely, pic.7.
Now loosen the loudspeaker on pic.9 and 10.
Now, unplug the rubber protection for the headphones
on pic.10, and gently lift up the motherboard as on pic.11.
You can see the mic located on pic.12,13,14,16,
and the mic itself disassembled on pic.15 and 17.
To loosen the microphone, use a small screwdriver or
something similar, pic.14. (The torx screwdriver is
not recommended, I did not use it, even if it is shown
on the picture.)
Now what I did, was simply to clean the surface of the
mic-connection on the motherboard located on pic.18.
I also cleaned the surface of the back of the rubber
holder for the microphone, pic.17. You could also blow
some air throught the mic-hole, pic. 16.
Now, after putting the mic back in place, gently put the
motherboard back in place as shown on pic.19. so that
the connectors in the bottom get back on place, then
gently push the whole motherboard back in place.
Be careful not to touch the screen to avoid fat-marks/stains.
After doing this, my microphone is working perfect.
