Dutch2007: it dindt accept my pass for this mail addres (the michael@maertzdorf...) so i selected make a new account

MS-employee: Also, was the account created with your own domain or a live domain?
Dutch2007: yup it is shorter then 15 characters and does not contain foreign characters like !@#$%^&*()

Dutch2007: ive have had that michael@ email adres validated serveral years ago already so ..

Dutch2007: were at the end you have to enter your mail adres as a digital signature to confirm the email is yours

Dutch2007: as i just tried to add my gmail account wich uses a symilar setup also /w the * and it doesnt accept it..

MS-employee: Log in with that account and you should see the Manage/Change password on the main page.
Dutch2007: i might see the problem...
Dutch2007: my current password is only 7 chars long.. if I go to the page to change it.. it states 8 characters..
MS-employee: Yes it must be between 8-15.
MS-employee: Were you able to change the password?
Dutch2007: its working now i changed the * for a ! and its working
