Ja, ik heb hem geupdate. Als ik dat doe als ik mn telefoon nog niet opnieuw heb opgestart zijn ze ook daadwerkelijk weg, maar zodra ik hem opnieuw opstart, zijn ze weer terug.
-4.3.2- deleting unwanted files
1. always,
ALWAYS make backups of every single files that u're going to delete. Also take note of the attribute of those files (do step 1 by using p2kman)
2. before deleting
ANY of the files, make sure that they're not being used
ANYWHERE (eg. pics might be used as wallpaper or screen saver (so disable both wallpaper and screen saver), ringtones might be used somewhere (go the ur ring style details, set
EVERYTHING (eg. calls, fax calls, alarms etc, reminders to 'off', ringer id's to 'off') to 'silent' for every ring styles (except for 'vibrate' which 'silent' is not a choice), then finally put the phone into 'silent' mode.
3. these are the files that i deleted:
pics: i deleted everything. apparently it's fine for me as long as i don't wap or IM with my phone.
audio: everything except for funlight.pat and 'bells' (~AlertFile006.mid).
mms templates: everything
videos: everything
4. now restart ur phone and see if u can go into 'ring style details'. If u can't then it means that u didn't set
EVERYTHING to silent and that some files were in use while u deleted them. If this happens u have 3 options: either do a master reset (PIN is 000000 (6 0's)), delete the two db files in /a/mobile/audio/ and restart phone, or to flash ur phone. it's quite troublesome if u run into this, and therefore
MAKE SURE that u've got step 2 sorted out before u proceed to any deleting.
5. if everything goes well u should have at least 7mb free (from stock, without phonebook, sms msgs etc).
