Ik heb een probleem bij het installeren van dit programma hij geeft dan de melding:

You cannot install Microsoft Autoroute over a network unless you first perform an administrative installation.

Hoe kan ik ervoor zorgen dat ik het programma toch kan installeren? (dus hoe moet de administratieve installatie?)

Ik denk dat je dat wel in de handleiding zult kunnen vinden

Ik denk dat je er een MSI package van zult moeten maken die vanzelf kan installeren met command line switches.

Wat een admin. install. is, is duidelijk uitgelegd op de site van Microsoft:

Administrative Installation

The Windows® Installer can perform an administrative installation of an application or product to a network for use by a workgroup. An administrative installation installs a source image of the application onto the network that is similar to a source image on a CD-ROM. Users in a workgroup who have access to this administrative image can then install the product from this source. A user must first install the product from the network to run the application. The user can choose to run-from-source when he installs and the installer uses most of the product's file directly from the network.

Een administrative installation kan je doen met de installer vanaf de CD, hoe precies kan ik niet zeggen want ik heb het programma niet, maar het staat als het goed is in de help file uitgelegd. (Het zal een bepaalde parameter zijn die je moet meeegeven maar welke durf ik zo niet te zeggen).
