Vreemd. Ik ontving vandaag een mail dat ik voor 31 december een bybit.eu account moet aanvragen. Ik ben echter al sinds september al een bybit.eu gebruiker. En zover ik weet kon ik überhaupt niet meer inloggen op bybit.com. Ik ga het maar negeren denk ik.

Dear Bybit Card Holder,

We have identified you as a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) and wish to inform you of an upcoming change affecting your existing Bybit Card (EUR). As part of our efforts to comply with regulatory requirements in EEA, we are updating how Bybit Card services are delivered, and we require your action before Dec 31, 2025.


What you need to do
If you are an EEA* resident:
- Please visit Bybit EU to register a new account on Bybit EU and complete KYC verification.
- Once verified, you can apply for a Bybit EU Card.
- Please note: The Bybit EU Card is a new card and different from your current Bybit Card. It offers new-user rewards you won’t receive on bybit.com, such as special cashback and welcome airdrops (see more below).

If you are no longer an EEA resident:
- You may go to your Bybit Card Dashboard on your Bybit app and click “Add New Card.”
- You will see an option to apply for a new card there. Eligibility is subject to meeting the required KYC criteria.
- To support your transition, we’re offering complimentary currency conversion on EUR and PLN transactions with your new card, until further notice.


What stays the same
- Your earned Reward Points on bybit.com remain unchanged. We recommend enabling Auto Cashback, which allows your Points to be automatically converted into token airdrops of your choice. Please note: The Bybit EU rewards market is independent. Points earned on bybit.com cannot be used on bybit.eu, and vice versa.
- You can continue accessing your respective card dashboards (bybit.com or bybit.eu) to view past transactions and activities.
- Your access to your bybit.com account remains unchanged. The update applies solely to the way Card services are provided.

Ze hebben ondertussen zelf ook al door dat het een fuck up was.
