Maar de miljardair die de nodige miljoenen gedoneerd heeft, krijgt de aanbestedingen voor zijn bedrijven. Dat het niet de meest innovatieve is, meeste bang for buck biedt of meest performante (als waardeloos voor het Oekraïense slagveld afgekeurd) is, is bijzaak.
