We would like to inform you about the latest development with regards to the delivery of your GPU order
As a result of production delay caused by the Covid-19 crises in combination with increased demand, there is still a major worldwide shortage of electronic components. Amongst shortages of GPU production, we can also see the result of electronic component shortages affecting other segments, such as manufacturing of hard drives and memory modules.
The weekly reports we receive from manufacturers still mention an increase in number of products manufactured, and we are still positive with expectations to deliver the items we have in backorder with the factories. During the following months we expect the backlog to be fully delivered and when we approach Q4 – 2021, we expect to see a normalization of the market.
We will inform you directly with a delivery date of your order as soon as we receive a confirmed shipment date from our supplier.
We strongly recommend for you to hold on to your order, as the product(s) you have ordered will be prepared shortly after the shipment is confirmed by our manufacturer. But if you, for whatever reason, do not wish to await the delivery, we recommend to look at our list of “ready to deliver GPU’s”. This list includes immediately deliverable graphic cards and is auto updated after 24 hours.

Please note that these GPU’s are sourced via a third party supplier whom offers them at a premium cost. Hence additional costs may apply.
We would like to confirm again, that every customer has a position in our queue. This position depends on every graphic card and is therefore different for each customer. Every order will be processed accordingly, while applying our FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
