Welcome to the world of Philippine ROSE Online (pROSE).
We are very glad to have you onboard! It might be a different ship, but we're all heading to the same destination -- to discover your heritage as a Visitor, and for you to take an active part in the destiny of the Planets of the Seven Hearts. Fate has a lot in store for you, so depending on the choices you make, you may either be part of the main story or create your own adventure.
As you resume your journey throughout Junon and Luna, you may notice similarities in the euROSE and pROSE gameplay systems which should help you easily adjust and return to adventuring faster than you can say 'Choropy'. Each player may travel as far as the icy planet of Luna but beware!--wander too far from the Magical City of Eucar and you may stumble upon the perilous Forgotten Temple. There are lots of places to explore and many dangers await you. Just remember to keep your sword and your friends by your side, and you'll be able to overcome any challenges.
Arua has been kind to shower us with gifts and blessings of all sorts, but the best is yet to come! Soon, we shall bear witness to her best gift yet - the Evolution system and the untamed planet of Eldeon. So pack your bags and get ready to bring out your wild side against new monsters and new maps! Evolution is now being tested in Tala.
In order to help you make the most out of your playing experience, we, the pROSE Community Team, are here to help you become better acquainted with the game by giving you a few tips:
1. HELPFUL WEB LINKS - Be sure to write down these URLs so that you can access all the info you need for the following topics:

2. NEVER give out your username and password to anyone. Not even to someone claiming to be a GM (Game Master). Servants of Arua would never do such a cruel thing, so be careful at all times.
3. CHOOSING A SERVER - pROSE currently has 3 servers:
Polaris - Your presence shall be a welcome addition to the already enjoyable server of Polaris. This will be the home server where your euROSE characters will be reborn.
Sirius - This is currently the home server for most players from the Philippines. Should you choose to create a character in this server, be reminded that you have to create a new character that starts from level 1. (Closed to Europeans - access still pending)
Tala - This is the pROSE TEST server. All the new content received for pROSE will be tested here before it is released in Sirius and Polaris. Tala usually has higher EXP and DROP rates compared to Sirius and Polaris, but remember that there will be occasional wipeouts. All your characters here are only temporary and may be deleted at anytime. Wipeouts are usually necessary when major patches arrive or when serious bugs are encountered.
4. LEARNING TO PLAY - pROSE is quite similar to euROSE so you will find it easy adapting to the gameplay. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to ask your fellow players or inquire through our customer care ticketing system (See Tip #6 ). If you encounter one of our pROSE GMs in the game, they will do their best to answer your questions. For the pROSE GMs to understand you better, please use English and they will reply in English as well. In the event that a pROSE GM doesn't respond, it might be because the GM is either running an important event or already discussing something with another player, but they will always try to reply to your queries whenever possible.
Y'all prolly wonderin' how y'all gonna play in pROSE using your hard-earned euROSE characters. Well, fear no more! Here's my two-step guide for the lost and confused.
Step 1. Download the pROSE client.
There are two clients available when the servers open for your ultimate ROSE-goodness access on August 10.
a. Download: Current pROSE client (latest main client)
Size: 563MB
If you're itching to play on the 10th or any day before the 17th, we suggest you download this first and install it to your PC. Always remember to uninstall any other ROSE client or you'll get some major errors. Bleah~
b. Download: Evolution pROSE client (to be installed on or after August 17)
Size: 591MB
Install EVOLUTION main client when the main worlds have been updated to evolution version on August 17. Please remember this because... well... you'll get a lot of failures if you don't follow instructions. XD
2. Log-in to the game.
To log-in, you'll have to use the prefix EU- on your username. This is to solve the DB redundancy issue we encountered while migrating euROSE accounts into pROSE. Your migrated characters and clans will also include an EU prefix because of that. But don't worry because any new character you'll make will no longer have this prefix. We'd also like to clear out that this is not some act of racial discrimination.
Example 1:
euROSE username: superman
pROSE username: EU-superman
Example 2:
euROSE username: wasaporyu19
pROSE username: EU-wasaporyu19
For usernames exceeding 16 characters, here's the solution done by Gravity and Level Up!. They chopped out your username's tails... Yeap! It sounds wrong but that's it.
So for a usernames exceeding 16 characters, this is what it’ll look like:
Example 1:
euROSE username: 1234567890123456
pROSe username: EU-1234567890123
Example 2:
euROSE username: AbCdEfGhIjKlMnOp
pROSE username: EU-AbCdEfGhIjKlM
Your passwords did not change of course.

What? You forgot your user info? That's a problem!
By August 25, you will have your own portal for options like forgot password, password change, email change, etc. But for now, y'all need to go through

Please make sure that you follow these procedures when filing a CSS ticket.
1) Submit all the account details:
Last Name, First Name, Middle Name
Gender:
Birthday:
Country:
Contact Number
and most importantly,
Names, jobs and levels of all your characters in that account.
Your email address is important because this is where we will send you your username and password.
2) Attach supporting documents like:
a. Email notification on successful registration from gamesrouter
b. Subscriber notification from gamesrouter
c. UserID and/or password (if you remember it)
3) If your old email address doesn’t work anymore, submit the old email address and the new email address.
Items 1, 2 and 3 are separately required depending on inquiries and/or what user info is lost.
Yes, it sounds difficult. But thinkin' about it, this is your account security we're talkin' about. That's why we're very strict.
5. EVENTS - We also have fun and exciting in-game and offline events for the entire pROSE Community. For the list of in-game and offline events please go to the ROSE website or the ROSEboards.
6. HELP- For any other concerns, we have a 24-hour Customer Care Ticketing System ready to help you.
Note: We also have a customer support hotline, but it is not toll-free. In order to save on charges, we strongly recommend that you use our Customer Care Ticketing System instead.
