We do not support the SIP and IAX protocol, so you will have to help yourself and your buddies with that, keep in mind it's not even in beta stage it's in alpha stage!

With sip you can only dial to PSTN numbers so you can NOT dial P2P to other users, and VOIP-IN won't work too

voice quality on SIP and IAX might vary (again: still in alpha stage)

SIP and IAX will ONLY work with your voipbuster user/password .. so don't try it with voipcheap/netappel it will just not work.

thats why you're just better off by using the voipbuster client, instead of 3rd party softphones, because of much better audio quality, P2P calls, voip-in calls, and all other functions and features the voipbuster client has to offer and will offer in the future.

there is a completely new SIP server in development which will enable you to receive voip-in calls on your sip devices and make P2P calls, use more codecs, and have better (constant) audio quality.. once that's realized IAX support will still stay unsupported and might even dissapear totally
Puntje 6 werkte vroeger in ieder geval zonder problemen, wellicht dat met het p2p call verhaal, de asterisk servertjes en de ata's ietwat meer problemen ondervinden, voipbuster ziet wellicht niet de je ingelogd bent, waardoor je de telefoons niet gaan rinkelen ... (hoop dat mijn nieuwe asterisk server toch de inkomende gesprekken weer kan opvangen)
