sorry to post in English but I don't write Dutch (I can read it a bit). Just wanted to add my story to the pile. I ordered an Electrocompaniet DAC the 1st of July, so a bit more than one month ago. I (foolishly?) paid over 1300 Euros with a bank transfer and since then the people at hifikrapper told me already four times that "next week we will receive a delivery of products so hopefully yours will be there." the third time I called was one week ago and they told me that the item I ordered was a very exclusive one and therefore it takes longer. it's only then that I discovered this (and other) forums with so many people complaining about that shop. The latest thing they told me on the phone last week is not to worry and to be patient 2 more weeks because they are 100% sure that my DAC will be delivered at my home by that time (which will be the 12th of August).
Today I called them again and of course they told me to wait another week, so I cancelled my order and asked my money back. Lots of people waited many weeks or months to get their money back. some other people are still waiting.
Please let's act together against those people so that they don't fool other people in the future and let's say the truth about those assholes (the way they answer smiling on the phone like if their behabiour was completely normal is just disgusting).
Could the administrator of this forum PLEASE make this thread a sticky so that it stays in the first page of the forum and visible all the time? too many people have lost money and patience. too many people are still waiting for their money back after MONTHS of nightmare!

I will on my side alert every single dutch AV forum on the net, every shopping site listing them and I will contact my lawyer, the electrocompaniet distributor in holland (to denounce them as unauthorized dealers so that they can take legal action against them) and the police to do everything I can to have them stop ripping off people.

I hope you get your money back asap, it always sucks that there are so many crappy stores outthere who like to rip off people.

Personally I would like to see all those stores burn down with the ground

If I may ask, where are you from? I find it a bit difficult to understand why anyone who isn't from the Netherlands would buy his HiFi equipment at a dutch webshop.

Although it's already too late for you:
_always_ search for opinions/experiences of people, when you don't know a webshop yourself.
That's the most important piece of advice we can give to other people, we don't have blacklists or a bunch of stickies concerning bad stores.

The shop survey mentioned above can be found at: http://www.tweakers.net/shopsurvey/?Alpha=H, but the survey doesn't feature an entry for this store yet and you'll have to post in dutch (the same holds for this forum, without any exceptions).

Er loopt allang een topic over Hifiklapper en er zijn ook al mensen bezig een soort petitie op te stellen en gerechtelijke stappen te ondernemen. Link staatin het andere topic.

There has been a topic regarding any experiences with this shop. I believe the first order went relatively okay, but there are still people waiting for either products or money. If you use the search on this forum you should be able to find the topic.
Action has been taken as well, on a different forum. I believe they have been working on a legal case against Hifiklapper.
Hifiklapper posted in the thread on the other forum (I believe it to be www.dvd.nl, it should be in the other topic here on GoT) and posted they were working on it and promissed that something would happen after a week, either refunds or electronics.

Neuh, maar ik durf te wedden dat dit bericht op de andere fora die hij nu aan het spammen is gewoon wordt over ge-copy-paste. Dus als elke buitenlander die een probleem met een Nederlandse winkel heeft dit "briljante" idee opvolgt krijgen we hier binnenkort elk uur 4 hoofdletter gevulde topics in het Engels over de volgende site. Denk je zelf dat dit ook maar 1 mallemoer helpt? Ik denk persoonlijk precies 0%, danwel afgerond naar boven uiteraard
