DVD's branden met Nero mislukt steeds op het laatst - Opslag en back-up

Steeds mislukt het branden van DVD's in de laatste 8 seconden. Dit terwijl het wel lukt met CloneDVD.

Wie weet een oplossing?

Haal je serial eens uit de logfile...

Ik zag dat je op AN31 media probeert te schrijven:

Heb je het al eens op andere plaatjes geprobeerd? Van een ietwat bekender merk misschien? De drive geeft eenzelfde code terug als bij een buffer underrun:
Sense Key: 0x03 (KEY_MEDIUM_ERROR)
Sense Code: 0x0C
Sense Qual: 0x00
Dus 03/0C/00, en dat betekent meestal (want buffer underrun protection is aan) dat ie niet met het plaatje overweg kan.

Je krijgt die log ook een stuk korter door de vele lege lijnen even te verwijderen. Leest heel wat makkelijker.

Nu met sneeuw!

Toevallig met een illegale versie van Nero gewerkt, en een update uitgevoerd naar een nieuwere versie? Dan ligt daar het probleem. Als nero ziet dat de key van een illegale versie is, dan lijkt hij gewoon normaal te werken, maar dan verkloot hij je cd of dvd in de laatste paar seconden.
Nero heeft (vind ik tenminste dan) een van de meest originele kopieerbeveiligingen in zichzelf zitten. Geen melding dat je key verkeerd is ofzo, met de vraag of je een nieuwe in wilt voeren (die ook wel weer ergens vandaan gehaald kan worden), maar hij gaat gewoon je lege cd's en dvd's slopen. Illegale versies kost hun geld, en zo pakken ze diegene met illegale versies weer terug.

Heb net weer met Nero (legaal overigens, hoor!) een DVD gebrand. Voor de zekerheid maar wel op een rewritable. Nu lukt het keurig! Waarom dan niet met een -R DVD? Ik heb de firmware ook geupdatet.

Als je een probleem wilt kortsluiten moet je dus nooit twee variabelen tegelijk veranderen he

nu weet je dus niet of het 'm aan die firmware lag, of aan de gebruikte schijfjes.
