[ASP.NET / FRAMEWORK] Error: Server Application Unavailable

Ik krijg een voor mij onverklaarbare error wanneer ik mijn site start:

De EventViewer in Win2k gaf de volgende applicatie-error aan:

aspnet_wp.exe could not be started. The error code for the failure is 800700CB. This error can be caused when the worker process account has insufficient rights to read the .NET Framework files. Please ensure that the .NET Framework is correctly installed and that the ACLs on the installation directory allow access to the configured account.

Ik heb geen idee wat er mis is. Vanmorgen deed ie t nog. Het enige wat ik veranderd heb (maar ook weer ongedaan gemaakt) is mijn web.config file.
Ik heb IIS opnieuw gestart, pc paar keer over gereboot..
Maar hij doet t nog steeds niet...

Weet iemand wat dit kan zijn? Of moet ik gewoon mn Framework SDK opnieuw installeren?
