Duke the Dog was voiced by Tomm Wright. This dog, whose only weapon was his bark and bite, was very loyal to Kevin - both a weakness and a strength depending on how you look at it.
Duke will do anything to protect Kevin but is actually slightly cowardly. He loves to chase cats and at one time chases a cat straight into Bayouland, thus setting off a meeting with Bayou Billy, the main character of the game that Kevin could never beat.
Gameboy was sent by King Charles to Videoland from the Mirror World. He is young and naive, but is quite gifted at games. He uses his display to create weapons.
The portal that King Charles sent Gameboy through is a portal that appears only once each 1,000 years. Gameboy is resented at first by all of the N Team but Princess Lana although he is eventually accepted and liked by all.
Kevin Keene, voiced by Matt Hill, is a teen from Northridge, California - a city on a planet known as Earth. He is selected by the Ultimate Warp Zone to become the savior of Videoland as Captain N: The Video Game Master. At first Kevin isn't sure he wants to stay in Videoland, but eventually he decides to stay and fulfill his destiny as protector of Videoland.
Kevin cares greatly for Lana and his loyal dog, Duke. As Captain N, he has a powerful weapon called a Zapper which shoots laser-like beams of energy to dedigitize his enemies. He also wears a Power Pad, a wonderful item that provides him with the ability to jump much higher, run extremely fast, or stop time around him for a limited duration
Kid Icarus, the winged archer in a white toga from Mount Olympus, was voiced by Alessandro Juliani. He is small and weak but has a great variety of arrows from which to choose for his attacks. He even has a type of arrow used to sew! He, like Mega Man, has a speech impediment. Unlike Mega Man, though, it is putting the suffix '-icus' after every few words.
Princess Lana, the character voiced by Venus Terzo, took over as the ruler of Videoland after her father, King Charles, disappeared. She wishes for peace more than anything else and is too trusting of others, even Mother Brain, if there is a chance of peace. This leads to problems in multiple instances.

Megaman, voiced by Doug Parker, was created by Dr. Right. He is extremely strong due to his mighty arm cannon but very short and has an unfortunate speech impediment of putting 'mega-' before every few words
Simon Belmont, Vampire Hunter, is extremely vain. In his backpack he keeps his mirror, into which he constantly looks at himself. He hates his hair being mussed up as well. Despite this, he is fairly strong.

Mother Brain, voiced by Levi Stubbs, is an evil brain in a bottle. She banished King Charles to the Mirror Warp and constantly tries to overthrow Princess Lana. She is one bad brain.
Count Dracula is the master of the evil in Castlevania. He is Simon Belmont's nemesis. He has a son named Alucard.
Donkey Kong is the giant beast of Kongoland. Although he is, in reality, not truly evil, he must be appeased with food or else he will wreak havoc upon the people of Kongoland.
Eggplant Wizard, voiced by Michael Dovovan III, goes together with King Hippo as the idiotic duo. They both serve Mother Brain and both constantly bungle up the tasks upon which they are sent. Mother Brain even kicks them out of her service at one point for their stupidity.
Gannon, who was voiced by Len Carlson, is the master of evil on Hyrule. Before he is given the Potion of Power he looks quite weakly but turns into a powerful, gigantic hoggish mage as soon as he drinks it. He doesn't like to work with others and refuses to obey Mother Brain, showing his power when he throws King Hippo and Eggplant Wizard, as well as Mother Brain herself, through the ceiling of the chamber he is held in and off to an unknown destination.

Dr. Wily, voiced by Ian James Corlett, is Dr. Right's arch-nemesis and builds Robot Masters and other devices for the evil Mother Brain. He also wheezes constantly in his speech.
Link was voiced by Jonathan Potts. He was Kevin's favorite video game hero back on Earth and Kevin considers it a great honor to meet him. Link is sarcastic and dislikes Kevin at times but he and Kevin both are able to work together when they really need to.

Bayou Billy is the main character from the only video game that Kevin could never beat before he came to Videoland. Bayou Billy keeps an aligator as a pet and drives around in a buggy-like vehicle.
Dr. Right is a great inventor. He has created robots such as MegaMan and MegaGirl as well as lesser creations. His arch-nemesis is Dr. Wily, one of Mother Brain's henchmen.
