het volgende is in het engels omdat ik het ook naar cutomer support van Philips als Creative heb gestuurd
pc specificaties zijn:
160 MB RAM,Iomega USB CD/RW,SB Extigy,Sitecom Selfpowered USB hub, 60GB HD 700Mhz Celeron ATI,RAGE Pro 32MB
hier komt het probleem
i get the following Fault when i start using my phillips (webcam)
Toucam pro 3D together with the extigy and it stops Playing sounds if i
reboot or logoff at the logoff/reboot screen the extigy works again
just before it poweres down or logs off there is sound again
The message is:
" the controller does not have enough bandwith available for the USB
composite Device. would you like assistence in solving the problem?"
and there is an yes/no button wich lets me unplug/turn off the extigy
when i click yes.
when i unplug or turn off the extigy everything works fine.
when i unplug all the other USB hardware exept the extigy the problem
remains the same so i figured there must be a problem/conflict with
the extigy or altough it is not listed anywhere.
i have updated all drivers and software,
there are no conflicts being listed at the hardware propertys screen
so its a mystery to me
