Ik heb de ballen verstand van die pproxies, maar het lijkt erop dattie geen uplink (vgl. uploaden) kan maken (Firewall, internet/LAN-verbinding, provider down ?).

Draai je zelf geen proggels die poort 2064 dichtgooien? Gebruik je win2k?

plaats eens de complete ini file zodat daar eens naar gekeken kan worden.
Vertel ook even of je een router/firewall gebruikt en zelfs of er een virus scanner actief is.

Als je al deze dingen laat weten dan kunnen andere je hopenlijk beter/sneller helpen.
