Running fiber between house and garage

Hello,
I am looking for an individual and/or company that can help my run network cables in the house:

1. ~20 Cat6a (from 3 different floors) down to the meterkast
2. Fiber (preferably 12 fiber MPO/MTP ended cable if possible) from the meterkast into the garage (around 20-30 meters detached from the house).

Any recommendations?
