AC adapter crashes laptop

Ola tweakers,

Sinds enige tijd crasht de laptop (windows 7) van mijn ouders wanneer de voeding wordt aangesloten of afgesloten. Volgens "Whatcrashed" heeft het te maken met atikmpag.sys dat gelieerd is aan de videodriver. Wanneer ik deze driver (AMD) deinstalleer kan ik de voeding naar hartenlust aan en afsluiten zonder dat de laptop crasht. Ik heb opnieuw de videodriver geinstalleerd (incl Catalyst suite) en het probleem met de crash doet zich opnieuw voor.

Alle drivers en BIOS zijn verder up to date. Windows 7
