Er staat 'vraagprijs: 60', een vraagprijs is iets anders dan een vaste prijs. Als het een vaste prijs is moet je dit los in de advertentie vermelden, zo voorkom je dat mensen een bod plaatsen. Daarnaast lijkt het me ook niet heel vreemd dat mensen niet vooruit willen betalen naar iemand zonder feedback. Via PayPal ben je nog enigszins beschermd, bij betaling vooraf ben je je geld gewoon kwijt. Vandaar dat ik alleen via PP wil betalen of anders achteraf via een bankoverschrijving.

I dont think he makes a lot of sense on giving me advices on the price, placing a bet and talking about paypal knowing that it says i accept cash. Ik vind dat ik een heel valide review heb geplaatst en naar mijn mening wordt dat door het bovenstaande alleen maar bevestigd. Overigens worden de laatste uitspraken nu selectief uit het gesprek weggelaten:

Als iemand me op zo'n onbeschofte manier benadert ben ik er wel klaar mee en houd ik de eer aan mezelf, heb dus besloten om hier niet langer op te reageren. Heb wel een review geplaatst omdat ik niet vind dat je op zo'n manier met mede-tweakers om hoort te gaan.

I assume the purpose of this topic was to let the moderator investigate the matter if the feedback was appropriate or not by checking all the DM's send by the two of you to resolve the matter of revoking the stated feedback by MiBe.

There was a good chance that the feedback would be invoked, but by stating what you are doing right now and looking at the 100 negative feedbacks you left MiBe which is pure childish is not helping your case. This is getting purely out of hand and by doing what you are doing right now will only be in favor of MiBe and will probably get you banned from Tweakers.

My tip to you is let the Moderators of Tweakers resolve this matter and stop with spamming his account / leaving tons of negative feedback so this can be dealt with in a professional and adult manner. You're only making it worse for yourself.

yeah like i said im already willing to abandon the profile, since i needed to sell it fast and it looks like ill just have to use main account and marktplaats. And if the mod can remove his review, he can remove mine. Untill then its fair that both ratings will be low. I only have one item and every review matters, he has multiple so needs it ballanced with 100 bad reactions. Fair is fair. The rest is up to mods to decide, i wont argue.

Sadly, for racist, or overly prejudicial forum population, i have to add: i dont speak dutch well enough to use it while giving replies in the forum. Zijn beoordeling door jouw reactie is mogelijk fout, maar jouw reacties daarop zijn zeker ook niet goed te spreken en komen zelfs wat kinds over.
Maar zoals de mod het reeds aangaf: we laten dit aan hen over om erover te oordelen en in te grijpen waar nodig. Tot dan wens ik je succes met de verkoop.

MiBe's offer of 40 euro for an old SSD doesn't seem far off, you can go to the shops and get a brandnew M500 foor 90 euro with 250GB capacity, so 60 seems a little high.
So MiBe offering a bit under what you are asking for it shouldn't come as a suprise and your reaction to it is a bit unfriendly, but allright suppose you are set in trying to get 60 euro for it you just tell MiBe that you won't sell it for less, he either buys it for 60 or not and that would be the end of it.
But now you're asking for his review to be removed, which shouldn't be much of an issue, and while that's waiting you fill his account up with ~100 reviews?
You can't possibly expect to be taken serious when you do that, do you?
And soulrider's 'Dutch or gtfo' might be a bit harsh, but as far as I'm considered true, you are on a Dutch website (sorry Belgium but we still speak Dutch here ) and a Dutch community is reading it, if you browse through the site you will find it hard to find any more English topics.

Bij de 2 hierboven heb ik me wel beter ingelezen en heb ik inderdaad mijn standpunt wat herzien.

Want ik zou wellicht net als MiBe via mail, reactie een bod hebben uitgebracht en gevraagd hebben of paypal of betaling achteraf mogelijk was, en net als hem zou ik me wellicht op mijn tenen getrapt voelen als je zo zou reageren naar mij.
