Onmogelijke haperingen (LAGG)

Beste Tweakers,

Een tijd geleden heb ik mijzelf een VAIO Laptop kado gedaan. Erg fijne laptop en probleemloos kunnen gamen. Helaas is er sinds kort een probleem met het gamen op mijn laptop voorgekomen, namelijk de vrijwel constante lagg. Ik kan zelf niet ophalen uit mijn taakbeheer waar het aan ligt. Zijn er onder ons nog experts in dit onderwerp.

Beetje background over het probleem, ik kon bij het begin Assassin's Creed probleemloos gamen. Op hoge settings, nu is dat niet meer mogelijk. Zelfde probleem bij Arma 2, Trails Evolution en bij de Far Cry saga. De game League of Legends lijkt hier (gelukkig) totaal geen last van te hebben. Ik heb een volledig systeemherstel geprobeert maar het lijkt niet zijn te verholpen.

Een kennis vertelde mij dat het mogelijk is dat het systeem mijn ingebouwde chipset automatisch selecteert in plaats van de Nvidia Gefore GT 540. Mijn laptops specificaties zijn als bijlage toegevoegd, als er nog meer informatie nodig is hoor ik het wel.

Tips, zoals welke? Heb namelijk ooit eens iets uitgezet wat ik beter niet had kunnen doen!

Met volledig systeem herstel bedoel je dat het systeem geherinstalleerd via de recovery image? Windows heeft namelijk ook een herstel optie voor aangebrachte veranderingen maar dat is heel wat anders. Heb je wel is een driver update van de video en audio gedaan? Dat leauge of legend goed draait is begrijpelijk dit is nl. de minst veel eissende game uit je lijstje. Als het goed is schakelt het systeem de 'ingebouwde' videochip automatisch uit als er een videochip word gevonden... Dit kan je controleren in de BIOS of via DXdiag (win+R: typ dan dxdiag). Denk ook is aan schijf defragmentatie en schijf opruiming!
Natuurlijk zo min mogelijk op de achtergrond als je gaat gamen en zeker voor ArmA2 kan je het beste post processing uit zetten of op laag

Via de Vaio Care ben ik helemaal terug gegaan naar systeeminstellingen. Het eerste wat ik gedaan had was alle drivers geupdate.

Als het systeem weer terug is in de standaard installatie zou het weer prima moeten draaien. Heeft deze laptop een hardware diagnose programma aan boort (in de BIOS of tijdens de boot te selecteren) dan zou ik deze is draaien. Ik ga er vanuit dat je de games op precies de zelfde manier hebt geïnstalleerd als voor heen en ook de instellingen van de grafische kwaliteit hebt afgesteld op jouw systeem specs zoals voorheen? Je kan overwegen om de BIOS te updaten, SSD i.p.v. hardeschifj aan te brengen, de helpdesk van Sony te bellen als niks helpt Schijf defragmentatie en opruiming is natuurlijk al uit gevoerd?

Als het geen vuil is zou het misschien de TIM pad tussen de onderdelen en de koeling kunnen zijn, toch?

Had hetzelfde na installatie van Bitdefender, na ontdekken van de game modus was het opgelost.
Ook kan inddaad energiebeheer roet in het eten gooien.
En installeren van wat meer geheugen kan wonderen doen.

Lijkt mij verstandiger om het eerst softwarematisch uit te zoeken, ipv meteen geheugen bij te prikken...

Zoals al is aangegeven controleer wat er allemaal draait op de achtergrond en zet het eventueel uit.

Ik zie dat je veel Chrome browsers hebt open staan, als ik die te veel open heb + flash speelt af dan heb ik totaal geen FPS meer over

Trouwens al voor de grap een virusscannetje geprobeert?
