Mac Trash and Password Setup Trouble

Hi,

Im looking for a few setup solutions for my macbook. Im running a mac leopard system and not too long ago ive switched from windows to mac. I've got 2 questions for mac setup i havent been able to find or sort out yet.

1. In windows u can drag files to the recycle bin and delete them instantly, without having to empty that bin again. How can u set the mac trash bin to immediately delete files?

2. As u install new software onto your mac, or in my case run windows under a virtual machine, every time u have to give in a password before the installation proceeds. Is there any way to turn this password control off. So that installation will not be interrupted by a password anymore?

If any mac freaxxx know any solutions of freeware i'd have to get in order to solve these 2, in my eyes irritating, steps id really like to know them.
