okay ik krijg de meest belachelijke geheugen foutmeldingen in windows over dat ie het register terug moest zetten van een backup. En na de 4e reboot ofzo krijg ik:

\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEM

Select "r" at the first sc reen to start repair."
en dat al 3 verse installaties achter elkaar. Ik denk dat mijn cpu een beetje bonje hebt met het geheugen om dat in mijn moederbord handleiding staat:
"Due to CPU limitation, DIMM modules with 128 Mb memory chips or doublesided x16 memory chips are not supported in this motherboard."
Maar mijn Amd X2 4800+ toledo werkt al maanden zonder problemen met dit geheugen (ballistix pc4000 van crucial). daar komt ook nog eens bij dat ik de volgende gegevens van de site van AMD gehaalt heb:
"Sockets 754 and 939
* PC1600, PC2100, PC2700 & PC3200 unbuffered memory modules.
* 184-pin 2.5-Volt DDR1 DIMMs.
* 64-bit DDR1 memory bus (socket 754).
