Aan de hand van topics zoals Website centreren denk ik dat het handig zou zijn als er een visuele indicatie zou zijn van de betere posts in het topic.

Nou heb ik terug gelezen, er is al jarenlang gediscussierd over dingen als oplossingen aanvinken en best answers enzo, echter deze implementaties hebben allemaal nadelen.

Echter ik denk dat Thott van Thottbot.com een goed systeem heeft voor forums:

Waarom dit systeem: licht gele tint valt wel op maar zit niet in de weg, replies en niet users worden beoordeeld, je kan snel naar een goede reply scrollen, en zijn implementatie (zie hieronder) lijkt me erg goed te kunnen werken.

Q: I voted, but the post still has the same score. Why?
A: The Thottbot comment system makes extensive use of caching for speed. The vote is recorded, it just isn't displayed until the thread is refreshed. On active threads this is quite fast, but if nobody is posting, it can take as long as 30 minutes.

Q: I voted, yet when I reload the page, it lets me vote again. Won't this lead to cheating?
A: Duplicate votes are discarded on the back end.

While it appears that you can vote over and over, it doesn't actually do anything. Combine the lack of feedback on duplicate votes with the delay in scores being updated and you have a pleasant recipe for occupying trolls.

Q: How is Score calculated?
A: Score is currently Votes/Views*1000. If a post is voted for 10 times out of every 1000 views, it will have a Score of 10.

Q: Do I need to vote for my own posts?
A: Nope. When you post, it will automatically record a vote for yourself. All Thottbot users are assumed to have high self esteem.

Q: Why are some posts in yellow?
A: Top scoring posts are highlighted in yellow to find them more easily. Roughly 10% get so chosen.

Q: What happens if everyone votes against a post?
A: When the sum of all votes is negative enough, a post changes into just a link that says "Below threshold". If it stays that way long enough, it will be deleted.

Posts like that need a hug.

If so, dat zou ik echt fantastisch vinden, dan moet je niet meer 100 posts doorlezen, want meestal is het niet LAATSTE post van het topic die de oplossing bevat, daar er nog vaak verder gediscussieerd wordt.

En wie gaat het allemaal bijhouden van wat wel en wat niet een goede post is Zelf vind ik dit een beetje overrated

Wat Thotbott gebruikt is gewoon een variant op "Accepted Answer", een principe welke al velen jaren bekend is en ook in LA is besproken. Toentertijd is besloten niets met dit idee te doen, waarom zou dat nu wel het geval zijn?

Nee zoiets niet, dat gaat over 1 beste, dit gaat meer over een systeem als Kudo's, of Thumbs Ups ofzo.

Als je een post handig vind van je die een geven. Als bijvoorbeeld de top 10% handigste posts dan geel worden..
