Abel vs Tiscali

Good day every1,
Sorry for writing in english, but my dutch is not that good so far:).
I'd like to ask your opinion about 2 ADSL comapnies: Abel and Tiscali.
For 8mbit connection Abel asks only 15 euro/month for the first year and 22 afterwards.
For 6mbit connection Tiscali wants 25 and 29 euro after first year.
Obviously Abel offers fantastic prices, but i'm a bit concerned about the quality of connection. I would be very grateful if you leave your opinions about these companies here. I'm mostly interested in the connection quality with live streaming (real, wmv, sopcast, tvants, etc.) and games (WoW, CSS)

Zelf nog nooit van Abel gehoord, maar op tweakers loopt wel een topic hierover. http://gathering.tweakers.net/forum/list_messages/1129568
Ikzelf heb de 6mbit verbinding van tiscali. Deze bevalt me zeer goed, lekkere snelheid en bijna geen storing. Maargoed, ook over Tiscali loopt wel een topic, die kan je hier vinden
