SMS2003SP1 error Cant change local administrator password

When deploying a image with SMS 2003 SP1 i get a error: Can not change local administrator password Can somebody tell me what can be the problem?

I also have a other image where i don not get the error.

The settings in SMS are the same.
And the Capture was complete fine.
