So I just got a FX5200 for a old system, specs:

Asus V9520/TD (GF FX5200 with 128MB)
MSI K7T with VIA KT133 chipset
AMD Athlon 1ghz
256MB of SDR memory
Fortron 235 watt PSU
fresh install of Win98SE, WinXPpro, Win2003server (I tried all 3)
all windows updates, DirectX 9.0c, Forceware 66.93, tried both standard AGP drivers and latest VIA AGP drivers.

So the problem is that the card just shows some pretty weird behavior. For example, in Warcraft 3, some of the effect look weird, some goes for 3Dmark 2001, the cars in the first test look too bright, and 3Dmark crashes when loading the dragothic test. In NFSU2, the computer gives a BSOD when trying to change graphical settings and it crashes back to desktop when entering career mode. Weird thing is that Quake 3 and Enemy Territory run without problems, it might be cuz they are OpenGL.

So I tried the card in my main rig (in sig, exactly the same Windows/DirextX/Driver configuration) and it worked flawless in every game. I got around 7700 3Dmarks, so it's not that fast but at least it works without problems.

So I don't understand why I'm getting all those problems in my other computer, anyone got a idea what it might be? I read something about KT133 board not being able to provide enough power to faster cards like GF3ti's and GF4ti's, but this FX5200 should not need that much, and it runs Quake 3 and ET without problems.
