[exchange 2003] information store stop met toevoegen bijlage

Op de exchange server (SBS 2003 SP1) stopt het proces information store als we een bijlage willen vezenden met OWA. de volgede fout meldingen kom ik dan tegen in de Event viewer

Ik heb even gezocht, het enige nuttige dat ik kon vinden is deze tip in een newsgroup:

Try the following:
1) Disable all 3rd party services on the Exchange server.
2) Restart the Information Store service
3) Try to access your mailbox using OWA
4) Create a message without an attachment.
5) Create a message with an attachment

If the problem continues, consider contacting Microsoft Support.

De vraagsteller in de newsgroup gebruikte overigens McAfee Groupshield 6 en virus scan 7.1, wellicht komt dat overeen?
