Though the above Web Site is for printers and this is also applicable
for cameras also.
Step 3:
If the issue persists, please download the latest MSXML 4.0 Service Pack
2 (Microsoft XML Core Services)

Dit alles heeft helaas niet geholpen ga ze zometeen terug mailen dat het niet is gelukt.
