[W2k, Printer] Ander lettertype bij printen

Ik zit met een vreemd probleem:

Telkens als ik vanuit Excel wil printen dan komen de letters (Arial, 12pt) op de sheet in een groter formaat terug (Arial +/- 16pt) op de uitdraai.

Nu vermoed ik dat het probleem bij de printer server ligt, vandaar WOS. De "storing" komt namelijk voor bij beide 4200's.

Ik heb op Google gezocht op printer, changing fonts etc maar geen resultaat. http://support.hp.com schiet ook niet op.

Wie kan me verder helpen?

zoek eens naar enable/disable font subtitution in je drivers
dit kun je als het goed is per (intern) font aan of uit vinken

Send TrueType as Bitmaps
Send TrueType as Bitmaps is the only setting available and provides the user a safety net for those programs that
have trouble dealing with TrueType fonts for special graphic purposes such as shading, rotation, or slanting. The
feature is not available when the Send Page as Raster option is selected. The check box is clear (off) by default. Using
this feature, TrueType fonts are first converted to bitmap softfonts prior to downloading. The On setting causes the
driver to send TrueType fonts to the printer as outlines, which retains the standard format (Outline) of the fonts.
