Orange smartphone syncen met exchange server

Ik probeer dus een orange smartphone te syncen met een exchange server, maar activesync blijft zeggen: "Sync status is on the device" Maar ik vind helemaal niks op het device.

Nu ben ik even op google wezen kijken en kwam ik dit tegen:

I kept fooling around with this problem and finally solved it this way: On my Pocket PC>Programs>Active Sync>Tools>Options. Then on bottom switch to "Server" tab. In the "Sync these items" window uncheck the categories that are giving you trouble. It might take more than one time but keep at it.
I don't know all the technical terms but I hope you can understand my explanation.

Dit slaat dus op een ppc met een exchange maar het probleem is identiek. Dus iemand een idee hoe ik het bovenstaande op de smartphone kan instellen?

P.S. Heb uiteraard me probleem in het smartphone deel 6 topic gezet maar daar kwam weinig respond uit.
