activate 160Gb HDD under Xp

Hi everybody

i last uses win 2000
i then updated my BIOS and use the reghack that i found on your site
now i formatted my pc and installed Win XP prof
in my BIOS i found my HDD with 160Gb
but when i look in computermanagement
i get that my HDD is dynamic and unreadable
i can't format the HDD because then i loose all my documents

the only options that i got here
is to convert my disc to a standarddisc
and the properties
in properties i can change the driver to i have to try something in here

i now have win xp and i haven't downloaded SP1 or SP2
i also didn't have try the reg hack
because i don't know where to do this hack in win xp

Can anyone help me

zeg als je engels bent dan ben je daaar heel slecht in en als je nederlands bent dit is een nederlands forum , misschien moet je daar dan ook nederlands spreken ?

Nee, zo werkt het niet. En hier op GoT wordt van je verwacht dat je research pleegt door o.a. de FAQ van het probleem-gerelateerde subforum te doornemen. Check dus de FAQ van dit subforum onder "Mijn harddisk wordt als 2/8/32/128GB herkend, hoe komt dat?" wat betreft schijflimieten en onder "Hoe krijg ik verloren gegane data terug?" wat betreft die "unreadable" dynamische schijf
