ja ik weet dat het er nu niet mooier op word zo'n lange post en ik weet ook dat ik al weet ik hoeveel andere topics hierover geopend heb maar nu ik dit gevonden heb kan iemand mij echt concreet zeggen waar het probleem zit!

Ik heb KPN al gevraagd de lijn te controleren maar die belden me op en legden uit dat het weinig zin heeft de lijn te meten als mijn adsl-lampje gewoon blijft branden.

Planet verwijst weer naar Kpn, enz.

Klapperende lijn? Probeer eens een isra test en check of het dan wel goed gaat (= modem aansluiten zonder splitter op het punt waar je telefoonlijn binnenkomt). Blijft het hetzelfde zelfs met een ander modem dan is er toch iets mis in de centrale. Gebeurt bij ons ook vaak zat hoor.

nee met de splitter is niks mis maar ik heb nog wel zo'n oude Alcatel usbmodem liggen. Die zal ik wel even testen en kijken of de verbinding om een of andere reden verbroken wordt.

ja hoor ik werd er met het usb modem ook weer afgegooid. Dus jij denkt dat het dan echt alleen maar aan Planet kan liggen? Die zullen namelijk wel weer door verwijzen naar kpn.

als jij dit met meerdere modems hebt, en je hebt uitgesloten dat het aan je eigen bekabeling ligt (door echt op de ISRA te testen met een korte kabel met beide modems), dan kan kpn het wel heel moeilijk vinden om de lijn te meten, maar als de adsl verbinding slecht werkt, dan moeten zij dat wel oplossen.

(Overigens is het hiervoor handiger gewoon kpn te bellen, al kan planet internet die als ze willen ook intern doormelden aan kpn).

Ik heb het probleem denk ik gevonden. Het lag toch aan mijn router. Met een andere modem werkt het zonder problemen.

Die router is pas van 22 mei daarom kon ik niet geloven dat ie nu al stuk is. Ik heb net contact gehad met de winkel en ik mag hem omruilen!

Wat kan je toch

worden van die zooi!
