Ik heb een HP scanjet 5590 en die zou ik graag op een windows 2000 machine willen hebben draaien.
Hij doet het wel dus ik kan gewoon scannen maar als ik de sneltoetsen op de scanner zelf wil gebruiken geageerd hij niet. ik krijg geen enkel visueel/audio signaal als ik een knop indruk. dus ik weet ook niet of het aan de scanner of drivers licht. ik heb de nieuwste drivers geinstaleerd en alles geprobert wat die ondersteunen. helaas wederom geen reacktie. ook de drivers op de cd die erbij zat werken niet samen met de sneltoetsen.
heeft iemand hier ervaring mee.
