This version addresses a flaw that was discovered in the cloaking algorithm (+x) of previous versions that could allow someone to discover the IP addresses of users. It is strongly recommended that anyone running a previous version upgrade as soon as possible. But, this version also introduces some nice new features. The biggest new feature is that the Windows version now supports modules! A DCCALLOW system (similar to DALnet's) has also been added, a new extended ban type (~n) to stop nick changes has been added, as well as CIDR support and a bunch of other nice new features.
